Skanska Property Poland Sp. z o. o. has chosen the Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 system which will be implemented by the Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, Xplus SA company. The implementation contract includes the Dynamics AX 2009 system standard and the additional functionalities, dedicated to the building investors and companies implementing projects:
- contractual provisions control,
- advanced budgeting,
- implementation process control,
- real estate leasing,
- fixed assets,
- finances,
- goods turnover,
- electronic documents circulation.
The system start-up is planned for the I quarter of 2011.
