UNIBEP (formerly UNIBUD BEP) is one of the biggest general contractors on Polish market and the leader on Warsaw market in the field of housing investments. On average, the company carries out 15 large projects at one time, employing 120 employees around the whole country. The turnover of UNIBEP reached in 2008 approx. 500m. PLN. UNIBEP is a big, mature and experienced company operating not only on Polish market. The company carries out construction works also in Russian Federation and in Ukraine.
The implementation has encompassed all key elements of the company's activity:
- Projects (management of contracts and construction works as well as costs of management, full, detailed analysis of undertaken construction projects, starting from the offering stage through building materials manufacture to maintenance service). Now the work progress can be precisely grasped, we compare budgets with execution precisely, we track deviations.
- Logistics (full service and optimization of logistics, warehouse, transportation processes, etc.). Full management of suppliers commitments.
- Finances (full accountancy and financial record along with advanced financial solutions in accordance with regulations of Polish accountancy, for example: - financial dimensions - cash flows within projects - budgeting and budget versions - service of guarantee deposits - service of multilateral compensations
- Trade (purchases, marketing, price lists etc. full service of marketing and sales processes)
