ELEKTROTIM S.A. provides wiring and automation systems for construction industry. In 2008 the company reported income of 95m PLN, employing at that time 229 employees.
The system provided by XPLUS enables to handle business processes of a company undertaking projects (contracts) through several plants. The complex structure of projects undertaken by the client and relationships within the organizations (e.g. some plants are subcontractors of other plants which carry out projects for the investor) demonstrate the complexity of the whole implementation.
The implementation of the system created by the specialists of XPLUS S.A. optimizes business processes of ELEKTROTIM S.A. and maximizes benefits resulting from the integrated management information. The complex management mechanism of construction works (projects), created by XPLUS, is of particular importance, as it enables to monitor project indicators in real time which improves the management of projects and groups of projects and facilitates the management of risk in project.
